Daily digest emails are emails that are sent daily to your inbox. Currently the emails are sent at 10 AM UTC. You can calculate that into your time zone here. In the future the goal is send the email to you in the morning in your local time zone. The email gives a list of what assignments are over due, due today, and due tomorrow. It also lists any exams, events or lectures that are happen that day as well. 

In order to enable the daily digest emails click on your email address in the upper right of the screen. Click settings. Use the on/off switch to enable the daily digest.
